| Rain didn’t spoil the
10th Wade Bonanza on Saturday 2nd
December 2006. In adverse weather
conditions, over two hundred collectors attended
to buy the specials on offer. The marquee did
save the day and most collectors were able to
stay reasonably dry and have a cuppa and light
refreshments and the smell of sizzling bacon
seemed to pervade the whole event.
At 12.30 the
Collector of the Year awards were announced and
are as follows:
1st
with 289 vouchers: Dennis Clarke from The Isle of
Wight
2nd
Dorothy Woolterton from South London with 274
vouchers
3rd John Golding
from Kent with 223 vouchers
In the draw
Dennis Clarke won the Gingie Bear Halloween Gold
special.
2nd
prize went to Austin Wynne from Norfolk who won
the Gingie Bear Halloween silver special.
3rd
prize went to Nina Wilson from Rotherham, South
Yorks who won the Gingie Bear Halloween bronze
special.
