Located just a short drive south of all the major Central Florida, USA attractions, the villa is set in a secluded, gated development close to the tranquil eastern bank of the beautiful Lake Marion in Polk County.

Fully equipped and air conditioned, the villa can sleep 6 people comfortably with the settee in the living room also opening to a queen size bed offering sleeping accommodation for a further two. The master bedroom with double (queen) size bed has its own en-suite bathroom and cable television. The second bedroom also has a queen size bed with cable television.  The third bedroom has two single (twin) beds and is perfect for children or two adults.
The well-fitted kitchen has a large fridge freezer, full size cooker, dishwasher and microwave. There is also a large washer and drier in the small utility room which is
located off the kitchen.
Leading from the spacious family room is a large, covered patio area where one can relax in the cool of the evenings.
All bedding, towels and linen are included.

So if, after a few hectic days at the theme parks you wish to relax and unwind, you may take advantage of the facilities on site at the Lake Marion Resort Community where the villa is situated. There is a private lakeside picnic area with picnic pavilions, tables and
barbecue grills, boat ramps and docks and boat rental facilities. Or perhaps spend a while at the private clubhouse with adult and children’s swimming pools, heated whirlpool spa and exercise facilities.  There are also tennis, basketball and volleyball courts on site for the very active!
